Once a return is received we will send you an email to notify you if the return is accepted. If it is, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less original shipping costs.
Returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and saleable with the original tags and packaging. Gallery Couture reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is saleable. Item(s) that are worn, damaged or otherwise unsaleable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes, but is not limited to, swimwear, intimate apparel, and bodysuits — these items are always considered final sale.
